It also had great food and a very clean seating area.of course the reviews have said the dessert station is not self serve.
The buffet I heard was terrible in reviews. The food throughtout the restaurants was fabulous and fresh. On the lobby floor there are five restaurants, a prime rib cart (sandwiches), and also a type of Paneras, and another section in the lobby that sold homemade icecream and pastries etc. You could not smell smoke in the hotel hallways as reviews have said. Isabella's a better restaurant had no smoking.
You are allowed to smoke in the restaurants, BUT the restaurants have a smoking section outside of their restaurant on a sort of patio style. Of course if someone sat beside you in a smoking section (they have a non smoking section) and blew smoke in your face I would say then it was smokey. The smoke was no worse than any other casino. All casinos I have ever been in have smoke filled rooms. The hotel accomodated your every need, and all were super friend.
The rooms are new, and so are the bathrooms. We slept wonderfully in a comfortable bed with a very very clean room. Not true!! Our hotel room was right next to the elevator. We also read people are yelling in the Hotel halls late at night after leaving the elevators. We booked a trip at Soaring Eagle and then regretted it after reading reviews of smoke filled casino, hotel, restaurant, etc.
